Year 1 had a wonderful time taking part in the VE Day celebrations. All the children dressed in red, white, and blue to represent the Union Jack and proudly joined in with the 'Great Big Live Assembly.'

As part of their learning, the children completed writing activities in their History books and used their creative skills to make medals, flags, and bunting. The day was filled with excitement, learning, and a strong sense of community spirit.
