In English, Year 2 collaborated to write sentences inspired by the story Jim and the Beanstalk. The children challenged themselves to use a range of conjunctions — and, but, so, and or — to extend and improve their writing.

This activity encouraged teamwork, creativity, and a deeper understanding of how conjunctions can link ideas together. Well done, Year 2, for rising to the challenge and producing fantastic sentences!
